DESTINY T-SHIRT ORDER

Again, we continue the legacy of the Official Collectors Issue of Destiny T-Shirts. Please remember that this garment can only be pre ordered by 22 July and that no stock is manufactured for sale on the days of the event.

HOW DO YOU ORDER?
• Simply use the junior & senior registration sheet we already emailed you (only original Excel sheets will be accepted – NO FAXES) available to download from http://destiny.kickboxing.co.za/entry-forms.html.
• Fill in the form only marking the t-shirt column making sure to enter names as well.
• Save the file as DESTINY T SHIRT ORDER (YOUR NAME)
• Then email it back to us by 22nd of July at the very latest Please. EMAIL TO This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

TERMS
 • Once the latest order is sent by you on the 22nd July, no further orders can be accepted.• Please when you send your entry Registration sheets by the 29th of July you must enter the same T-Shirt orders as sent by you previously and not adjust it.
• Once you have ordered on the 22nd that order is a binding agreement. No cancellations may happen of any kind and should your group not attend destiny for whatever reason, payment is still due.
• The full order will only be given to you at Destiny after all funds have cleared and is showing in our account.

This is the back print of the Shirt only. The cost is R130 each regardless of size. Final artwork may vary slightly from below.

DON’T BE DISAPPOINTED OR BEAR THE BRUNT FROM YOUR STUDENTS SHOULD THEY NOT HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO ORDER.
